If you cannot talk right now, or you are standing in a puddle and would rather type, send a text to 0426 963 260 with three things:
- Your name
- Your suburb
- What is wrong
That is everything Brad needs to ring you back, and it is faster than an email because it arrives on the phone in his pocket. A photo helps if you have one.
Form
Same three things, plus your number. The form sends a text straight to Brad's phone, so it is about as quick as texting him yourself.
Hours
Work is by appointment. Brad will give you a day and a time and turn up at it.
After-hours call-outs are available for the jobs that cannot wait: burst pipes, blocked sewers, no water, gas smells. There is an extra charge for after-hours work and it depends on the job. Brad will tell you the call-out cost on the phone before he leaves, so there are no surprises.
