Unlike its neighbours, a decent chunk of Vincentia is permanent. Families, people who have retired down here for good, and estates that have filled in steadily over the last twenty or thirty years. That means bigger houses than the old beach stock: two bathrooms and an ensuite, a laundry, instantaneous gas hot water on an external wall, and a kitchen someone is thinking about redoing.
